Ria Partners with Childhope Philippines Foundation to Serve Children

Childhope Philippines Foundation, Inc., or Childhope Philippines, is a non-government organization for children in the Philippines. The organization promotes welfare for children and works to uphold their rights, particularly children in street-living situations.

In partnership with Childhope Philippines, Ria Money Transfer employees in the Philippines treated 100 children in Manila to a warm meal and refreshments in December 2023. In addition to the food, the team from Ria Philippines spent time talking and playing with the children to ensure they felt welcome and to inspire them to strive for future goals.

"Corporate Social Responsibility is an integral part of Ria’s culture and is fundamental to how we operate globally," said Ria Human Resources Manager, Wincy Laca. "We make sure to give back to the community the blessings that we have."
