Euronet Worldwide Account Management
The Euronet Worldwide Account Manager is responsible for maximizing the relationship between Euronet and its customers, with the primary goal being increased customer satisfaction. This two-part role is accomplished via dedicated accounts as well as global initiatives that impact Euronet's customers worldwide. Account Managers strive to understand the customer's strategic direction and assist in mutual planning efforts to ensure the client’s business and system objectives are met. This work is accomplished through site visits, escalating project or support issues as necessary and recommending Euronet products to solve business requirements. Global responsibilities include client communication, annual satisfaction survey and participation in the Euronet user conference.

Euronet Worldwide Customer Support provides first line application support for Customer inquiries and problems. Support centers located in different regions worldwide allow for prompt and efficient service 24 hours a day, seven days a week. Our mission is to consistently exceed expectations by providing the highest quality of service in the best interest of our clients' business and our mutual partnerships. Euronet Worldwide Customer Support provides the support that enables our clients to run their business with maximum efficiency and reliability.
