Euronet signs a large ATM outsourcing agreement in India
Euronet signed a multiyear ATM outsourcing agreement with a large multinational bank in Mumbai, India for their existing nationwide network of 245 ATMs. As per this new agreement, Euronet will take over the operation of 245 existing ATMs from the bank in major cities across India before the end of the year. In addition to ATM outsourcing services, Euronet provides shared ATM networking services to the bank through Cashnet, the largest shared ATM network in India owned and operated by Euronet.

Euronet acquires processor of mobile phone top-ups in Spain
Euronet announced 80% asset acquisition of the Movilcarga Division of Grupo Meflur Corporacion (Meflur), a Spanish telecommunications distribution company. Movilcarga is a provider of electronic prepaid voucher solutions in Spain. The company has a distribution agreement with Telefonica, the largest mobile operator in Spain, which services 52% of that country's mobile telecommunications market. Meflur will retain 20% of its interest in Movilcarga and actively participate in the continued growth and development of Movilcarga.

Suriname bank chooses Euronet for ATM management software solution
Euronet signed an agreement with Surinaamse Postspaarbank to provide its ATM Management software solution to run their in-house ATM operations. Surinaamse Postspaarbank will also use the software solution to interface with the recently announced national switch in Suriname for four Suriname banks. Through Euronet's ATM Management software, Surinaamse Postspaarbank will control its ATM network in real time with ATM driving, ATM monitoring and ATM reporting.

Euronet Software Division Announces Fraud Detection Solution
Euronet has launched its card risk management and fraud detection system, the latest software to complement the Euronet Integrated Transaction Management (ITM) product line. Alaric Systems Ltd., a leading supplier of advanced technology solutions for the card payments industry, developed the fraud detection solution, called Fractals. Euronet will distribute Fractals as part of an agency agreement with Alaric Systems. Euronet will be selling the solution as a complementary software solution to new customers and its substantial installed customer base throughout more than 50 countries.

HVB Group and Euronet expand cooperation in three Central European Countries
Euronet has signed ATM outsourcing projects for BA-CA subsidiaries (Bank Austria & Creditanstalt, member of HVB Group) in Slovakia and Serbia. Euronet has expanded an HVB~Splitska Banka software agreement to support card issuing, ATM and POS services for HVB~Central Profit Banka in Bosnia and Herecegovina. The HVB Group is one of the five biggest banks in Europe. These new projects expand the cooperation between HVB and Euronet to seven countries, five outsourcing agreements and two software agreements.
