Euronet Worldwide hosted its second annual
ESCAPE forum, "Euronet Software Clients Annual Peer
Exchange," on Sept. 19-22 at the Embassy Suites Hotel
in Little Rock, Arkansas USA. More than 100 attendees and
speakers participated.
The user forum incorporated both industry sessions and
peer interaction into one setting. Representatives encompassed
six continents and more than 20 countries representing
Europe, the Middle East, Africa, Asia Pacific and the
Americas. The forum offered peer-to-peer discussions
on client experiences, Euronet software solutions uses,
benchmarking, market trends and industry changes. Roundtable
discussions and product roadmaps were also featured with Euronet staff members
facilitating a one-on-one discussion with Euronet's product managers and software
users. Additionally, this year the forum introduced value added enhancement prioritization
from ESCAPE participants, which not only allowed software users to prioritize
future releases but also provide additional feedback on new ideas for consideration.
