Joint Requirements Planning Session (JRPS)
The JPRS offering is a professionally facilitated
series of detailed interactive planning sessions conducted
by Euronet's PSO team with the client to clarify/identify
client business/technical requirements, identify any gaps
and/or new requirements, and prepare a scope & approach
document that serves as the roadmap for the overall project.
Custom Solutions
Our clients often face unique business/technical
needs that help them differentiate themselves competitively
in their marketplace, or may be required to address a variety
of regional requirements and/or competition. To address
these needs, Euronet's PSO team offers custom enhancement
solutions that help our clients augment their existing
Euronet suite of products. These custom enhancement initiatives,

Triple Data Encryption Standard (DES) Consulting
Services
Qualified PSO consultants provide Triple DES awareness
and readiness, key management consulting, environmental

and mandates; and finally evaluating impacts to the client's
business and technical procedures and processes from their
chosen card requirements.

The operational assessment service is a detailed analysis
and review of client information, workflow, operations,
product usage, processes, and technical infrastructure
in order to document the current environment, recommend
operational improvements and address any potential processing
bottlenecks. These types of assessments could range from
card center processes and practices; system maintenance,
back-up, restoration, and disaster recovery Processes and

Tactical
assessment involves a variation of a traditional operational
assessment that deals with specific tactical client issues
and/or needs. A primary goal of a tactical assessment
is to address a client's specific technical,
business, process, and/or resource issues to help them
operate the Euronet suite of products in a more efficient
manner.
Ad Hoc Consulting Services
