Euronet signs comprehensive ATM outsourcing agreement with Citibank India
Euronet launched a multiyear ATM outsourcing and deployment agreement with Citibank India in Mumbai. Euronet will install 100 off premise ATMs for Citibank in major cities across India over the next six months. Euronet will select the sites, install the ATMs and all related equipment, drive the ATMs from Euronet's operations center in Mumbai and provide all of the day-to-day outsourcing services. Citibank is a member of Euronet's Cashnet shared ATM network for its existing ATMs and these off premise ATMs will be added to the network. Cashnet is the largest nationwide ATM shared network in India today with more than 2,800 ATMs.

Euronet Internet Banking live at Westpac Pacific Banking sites
Euronet has implemented its Internet Banking system in three of Westpac Pacific Banking's sites, including Fiji, Papua New Guinea and Vanuatu. With the live activation of Vanuatu, Euronet has completed an intensive training program of Westpac personnel, allowing the bank to have self-sufficiency in the activation of Internet Banking for the Cook Islands, Tonga, Samoa and, in the future, the Solomon Islands. Westpac Pacific Banking operates across eight Pacific locations and has implemented other self-service offerings from Euronet including ATM, Debit Card, POS, Merchant, Telephone Banking and Bill Pay software solutions to Westpac's Pacific operations.

ING Bank Slaski Joins Euronet Network in Poland
Euronet signed a multiyear ATM Network agreement with ING Bank Slaski, one of Poland's five largest banks. ING Bank Slaski, with 331 branches, will offer expanded ATM services to their 1.4 million cardholders on Euronet's 450 ATMs in Poland. Now ING Bank Slaski customers will have access to more than 1,000 ATMs, when combining Euronet's ATM count and the bank's 553 ATMs. Euronet enables the bank to offer more convenience and distribution points to customers without any additional bank charges to the customers.

Euronet acquires Transact GmbH, a German top-up processor
In November 2003, Euronet acquired the German company transact Elektronische Zahlungssysteme GmbH ("Transact"), one of the leading independent electronic payments processors. Transact specializes in payment processing services and software for EFT and prepaid mobile phone transactions on point of sale (POS) terminals, as well as retailer till systems. Additionally, Transact offers a line of proprietary GPRS-based POS terminal products.
