| Euronet Worldwide recently hosted ESCAPE, Euronet Software Clients' Annual Peer Exchange, on Sept. 17-19 at the Embassy Suites Hotel in Little Rock, Arkansas USA. More than 100 attendees and speakers participated.
 The forum incorporated both industry sessions and peer interaction into one setting. Representatives encompassed six continents and 27 countries from Europe, the Middle East, Africa, Asia Pacific and the Americas. The forum offered discussions on client experiences, uses of Euronet software solutions, market trends and industry changes. Roundtable discussions and product roadmaps were also featured enabling the clients to provide input and feedback on the products with Euronet staff members facilitating a one-on-one discussion with Euronet's product managers.
Featured speakers included Euronet's software client partners: Commonwealth Bank, Interbank Aruba and Continental Banka, and industry speakers included Alaric Systems, Axiom and Business Development International Inc.
"ESCAPE 2003 served as an excellent venue for our clients to collaborate regarding benefits of using our software solutions by sharing their individual best practices in an open forum environment," said James P. Optional training was held Sept. 15-17 prior to the event at Euronet's software headquarters in Little Rock, AR, discussing ATM and Euronet's core system, Integrated Transaction Management. The ITM course covered an introduction to the ITM system, ITM setup and operation, performing common functions, balancing and the daily cycle, reports and user maintenance. ATM covered setup and maintenance, balancing, monitoring, reporting, status and troubleshooting.
