Michael J. Brown Chairman, Chief Executive Officer and President, Euronet Worldwide
Mike Brown co-founded Euronet in 1994
and has served as its chief executive officer ever since. He is also
chairman of Euronet's board of directors since 1997. He is actively involved
in the day-to-day operations of Euronet while overseeing the Company's business strategy,
financial performance and the growth of the business across all markets.
Mike has nearly 15 years of prior experience in the computer software business.
In 1979, he founded Innovative Software, which merged in 1988 with Informix, a leading
provider of advanced database software technology. During his time at Informix, he served
as president and chief operating officer as well as president of the workstation products
division. Annual revenues of Informix grew from $70 million to $170 million by the time
Mike left the company in 1990. In 1993, he was a founding investor of Visual Tools, a company
that writes and markets component software for the growing Visual Basic and Visual C++
developer market. Sybase Software acquired Visual Tools in 1996. Mike received a
Master of Science in molecular and cellular biology at the University of Missouri-Kansas City
in 1997 and a Bachelor of Science in electrical engineering from the University of Missouri-Columbia in 1979.

Kevin Caponecchi President, Euronet Worldwide
Kevin Caponecchi joined Euronet as president in July 2007. As president, Kevin is responsible for the strategic and operational leadership of Euronet's EFT and Prepaid Processing business segments on a global basis. He will oversee the growth of the business in addition to exploring new business opportunities and expansion into new markets.
Kevin has 17 years of domestic and international management experience with various GE businesses. Prior to joining Euronet, he served as president for GE Transportation's Global Signaling business. Under his leadership, the Signaling team posted double-digit growth and expanded the business into China, India and South America. During his long and successful stint at GE, Kevin worked in various management capacities within manufacturing, technology and marketing. Kevin is on the board of directors of YouthFriends, a nationally recognized and rapidly growing school-based mentoring network in Kansas and Missouri that connects caring adult volunteers with young people in schools. He holds degrees in physics from Franklin and Marshall College and industrial engineering from Columbia University.

Rick L. Weller Executive
Vice President and Chief Financial Officer, Euronet Worldwide
Rick Weller was named chief financial officer for Euronet Worldwide in November 2002. He is in charge of the Company's financial operations including financial planning and analysis, acquisitions and treasury aspects of the business. Rick has more than 20 years of business and financial management experience.
Prior to joining Euronet, Rick held several operating and financial leadership positions with companies ranging from start-up businesses to large, multinational operations. He served as chief operating officer of ionex telecommunications, a competitive local exchange company. Prior to ionex, Rick served as chief financial officer of Intek Information, Inc., an information technology outsource service provider. His previous experience includes various management roles at Sprint including vice president, finance of Sprint Communications' consumer services long distance group; assistant vice president, finance for the company's business services long distance group; and as assistant vice president of Sprint's corporate-wide internal audit group. Prior to joining Sprint, Rick served as senior manager in the financial service industry practice of Price Waterhouse, an international public accounting firm. Rick is a certified public accountant and received his bachelor's degree from Central Missouri State University. |

Newman Executive Vice President and General
Counsel, Euronet Worldwide
Jeff Newman joined Euronet as general counsel in January 1997. He is responsible for all of Euronet's worldwide legal functions.
Previously, Jeff practiced law in Paris with the law firm of Salans Hertzfeld & Heilbronn and then with the Washington, D.C. based law firm Arent Fox Kintner Plotkin & Kahn. He established the Budapest office of Arent Fox in 1991 and became a partner with Arent Fox in 1993. Jeff is a member of the Virginia, District of Columbia, and Paris bars. He received law degrees from Ohio State University and the University of Paris and a bachelor's degree in political science and French from Ohio University. |

Miro I.
Bergman Executive Vice President and Chief Operations
Officer for Prepaid Processing Segment
Miro Bergman joined Euronet in 1997 as country manager for the Company's Czech Republic operations. He subsequently became an area director responsible for the Company's EFT operations in Central Europe. In 2000, Miro was named managing director of Euronet's EFT operations for the entire Europe, Middle East and Africa region (EMEA). Under his leadership, Euronet's EMEA EFT operations expanded to 16 countries, while the ATM count increased six-fold and the division achieved strong profitability. In April 2005, Miro took over his current responsibility of chief operating officer for Euronet's prepaid processing segment. In this position, he plays a key role in providing leadership and strategic direction for growing and efficiently operating Euronet's prepaid subsidiaries worldwide.
Prior to joining Euronet, Miro was with First Bank System from 1992 to 1996 where he served as vice president in charge of the bank's off-premise ATM business of over 1,200 ATMs and as vice president of new Visa co-brand card program initiatives. From 1988 to 1992, Miro worked for Citicorp-Diners Club in various card management and marketing positions. He received a Master of Business Administration from Cornell University and a Bachelor of Science degree in business administration from the University of New York at Albany.

Paul S.
Althasen Executive Vice President, Euronet Worldwide
Paul Althasen joined Euronet subsequent to the Company's acquisition of U.K.-based e-pay Ltd. in 2003. Paul is a co-founder and former chief executive officer of e-pay where he has been responsible for the creation, evolution and strategic direction of the company since its formation in 1999. He currently serves as executive vice president of Euronet and also as a director of the Company.
Previously, from 1989 to 1999, Paul was the co-founder and managing director of MPC Mobile Phone Center, a franchised retailer of cellular phones in the U.K. Prior to MPC, Paul worked for Chemical Bank in London where he traded financial securities. Paul has a Bachelor of Arts in business studies.

Roger Heinz Senior Vice President, Euronet Worldwide and Managing Director, Europe EFT Segment
Roger Heinz joined Euronet in July 1997 as managing director of the Company's German EFT subsidiary. In the last 10 years, Roger has established a strong track record of execution and revenue growth in several leadership roles within Euronet’s EFT Segment. Most recently, he was managing director in charge of EFT operations in Western Europe and was also responsible for the EFT division’s revenue generation efforts in Central and Eastern Europe.
In November 2007, Roger took over his current role as managing director of the Company’s Europe EFT Segment. He has direct P&L responsibility for the business and oversees the commercial sales initiatives including provision of ATM, POS and card related services to customers throughout Europe. In addition to day-to-day operations management, he is responsible for improving customer service, product offerings and profitability of the Europe EFT Segment. Prior to joining Euronet, Roger spent 12 years working with NCR in Germany and Poland as sales manager and sales and operations director.

Juan C. Bianchi
Executive Vice President, Euronet Worldwide and Managing Director, Money Transfer Segment
Juan Bianchi joined Euronet subsequent to the Company’s acquisition of RIA Envia Inc., the third-largest global money transfer company in April 2007. As managing director, Juan oversees Euronet’s money transfer operations worldwide. He is responsible for the financial and operational performance of the Segment in addition to driving the global strategy for the money transfer division. Prior to the acquisition, Juan served as the CEO of RIA and has spent his entire career at either RIA or AFEX Money Express, a money transfer company purchased by RIA’s founders.
Juan has more than 15 years of experience in the money transfer industry. He began his career at AFEX in Chile in 1992 and in 1996, he moved to the U.S. to join AFEX USA’s operations. While at AFEX USA, first as assistant manager and then as general manager, the company grew from processing 5,000 money transfer transactions per month to 300,000 per month. Subsequently, Juan became the chief operating officer of AFEX-RIA in 2003 and was instrumental in integrating the two companies. Juan studied business at the Universidad Andres Bello in Chile and completed the Executive Program in Management at UCLA’s John E. Anderson School of Business.

Anthony (Tony) Grandidge
Senior Vice President, Euronet Worldwide and Managing Director, Asia Pacific
EFT Processing Segment
Tony Grandidge joined Euronet in 2002 as vice president of the Company’s EFT operations in the Asia Pacific region. He has been instrumental in launching operations for Euronet in Asia including India and China, two of the largest markets in the world. Tony continues to oversee Euronet’s growth and expansion in the Asia Pacific region while strengthening the Company's position as a leading ATM, POS and card services provider to financial institutions.
Before joining Euronet, Tony worked for NCR Financial Solutions Group as vice president of Europe, Middle East and Africa. He also served as NCR's vice president in various capacities in the Asia Pacific region for five years and was responsible for its advancement as NCR’s fastest growing region. Tony has extensive business experience in Asia having worked previously in Hong Kong, Thailand, Japan and now Singapore. Tony received a Bachelor of Science from the University of Bath, U.K. in 1977.

Cindy
Ashcraft Vice President, Euronet Worldwide and Managing Director, Euronet Software Segment
Cindy Ashcraft currently serves as managing director of Euronet Software Segment. Previously, Cindy was vice president of Euronet's software solutions, implementations and project services group. She was responsible for project management, custom programming, setup, testing, configuration, training, certifications and implementations related to the delivery of software and services for the entire range of software solutions. Cindy joined Arksys in 1989 as a programmer/analyst. Post the acquisition of Arksys by Euronet in 1998; she supervised the technical management of delivery.
Prior to joining Arksys, Cindy spent 15 years as a programmer and analyst for several companies, including a manufacturing company and an oil company. Cindy studied business administration at Louisiana State University and received her degree from the University of Arkansas.

Timothy A. Fanning Chief Operating Officer, Money Transfer Segment
Tim Fanning joined Euronet in 1997 and is currently the chief operating officer of Euronet’s Money Transfer Segment. In his current role, Tim is responsible for the strategic and operational leadership of the Money Transfer Segment's sales, marketing and agent networks on a global basis. Additionally, Tim will leverage his Eastern European EFT business relationships to lead the business development efforts for the Segment in the fast-growing region. Previously, Tim held several key management roles within Euronet’s EMEA EFT segment including regional vice president in charge of business development, acquisitions and operations related activities in the Central Eastern European (CEE) region and as managing director of Greece and Romania operations.
Prior to joining Euronet, Tim practiced law at McCarthy, Duffy, Neidhardt and Snackard from 1996 to 1997. From 1987 to 1993, he served in various roles as an assistant manager and manager of credit administration and as manager of capital markets for Toronto Dominion Bank in Chicago. Tim holds a Juris Doctorate from the University of Notre Dame Law School and a Bachelor of Arts in economics from the University of Notre Dame. Tim is a member of the Illinois State Bar. |

Steve Adams Vice President, Europe EFT Operations
Steve Adams joined Euronet in 2006 and is currently vice president in charge of Europe EFT Operations. In his current role, Steve oversees all IT and operations development efforts for Euronet’s ATM, point-of-sale (POS) and card networks in Europe and IT delivery model globally. Steve’s brings strong operational and IT excellence to his role at Euronet and will focus on identifying, creating and implementing new processes that drive quality customer solutions through a world-class operations platform.
Steve joined Euronet from Barclaycard, where he worked for several years at director level in various IT and operations management capacities. Most recently, he served as chief operating officer of Barclaycard's International division in charge of credit card operations in multiple markets in Europe, Africa, India and the U.S. Previously, from 1989 to 1999, he worked at National Westminster Bank as IT director for the company’s card business and as e-commerce director responsible for launching various Internet-based initiatives for the Bank. Steve has a degree in business studies. |
