e-pay Limited is the largest electronic payments processor of prepaid mobile airtime top-up services in the U.K. and Australia, with approximately 40% market share in both regions. Acquired by Euronet in February 2003, e-pay also owns 40% of e-pay Malaysia, which has approximately 60% of the electronic top-up market share in that region. Additionally, e-pay recently launched operations in Ireland, Poland and New Zealand.
