Euronet signs a multiyear ATM outsourcing agreement
with a large multinational bank in Mumbai, for their
existing nationwide network of 245 ATMs. Euronet also
provides shared ATM networking services to the bank
through its Cashnet network, the largest nationwide-shared
ATM network in India. |

Euronet expands prepaid processing segment – acquires
the Movilcarga Division of Grupo Meflur Corporacion
(Meflur), a leading Spanish telecommunications distribution
company. Movilcarga is a provider of electronic prepaid
voucher solutions in Spain, with a distribution agreement
with Telefonica, the largest mobile operator in Spain.
Euronet’s German prepaid subsidiary, Transact,
signs e-top-up services agreement with Kaiser´s
Tengelmann AG. Customers can access the convenient
e-top-up service at more than 3,000 electronic cash
registers at 750 stores of Kaiser´s Tengelmann.
Transact’s prestigious client list of major
retailers include Shell, DEA, Jet, AGIP, ESSO, Total
Fina Elf, PKN Orlen and Karstadt.
e-pay Australia signs agreements with two leading
new retailers—Franklins supermarkets and TeleChoice
retail outlets—to sell recharge vouchers for
prepaid products through e-pay’s terminals.
Consumers of all the Australian mobile operators
can top up their wireless phones at more than 158
new e-pay retail locations of Franklins and TeleChoice.
Transact signs an agreement with debitel, the third
largest provider of mobile-telephone services in Germany
to provide e-top-up services. debitel’s clients
can access Transact’s convenient e-top-up service
at more than 4,500 electronic cash registers within
debitel`s exclusive sales channels at all retail chain
stores, which are subsidiaries of the Metro Group. |

Euronet signs software agreement with Surinaamse
Postspaarbank, wherein the Bank will use Euronet’s
ATM Management software to run their in-house ATM operations.
The Bank with 5,500 customers will also use the software
solution to interface to the recently announced national
switch in Suriname.
Euronet processed approximately 129.9 million transactions
during the third quarter 2004. |

Euronet signs ATM outsourcing agreement with the
Dhanalakshmi Bank Limited, a leading bank in South
India for its network of 100 ATMs to Euronet India.
It is the first South Indian bank to choose complete
end-to-end ATM outsourcing and deployment services.
The Dhanalakshmi Bank will also connect to Cashnet,
a shared ATM network owned and operated by Euronet
in India.
Euronet continues PaySpot expansion - acquires Call
Processing, Inc. (CPI), a major distributor of prepaid
wireless and other services to 30 convenience store
chains in the U.S. CPI distributes prepaid
airtime for all the major U.S. wireless carriers,
including ALLTEL, AT&T, Cingular, T-Mobile, Tracfone
and Verizon, as well as several regional carriers.
Euronet processed approximately 108.7 million transactions
during the second quarter 2004. |

e-pay launches E Voucher service for 3, the U.K.'s
first video mobile network. Customers of 3 can now
top-up on ThreePay in thousands of outlets across the
U.K., such as the Post Office, Esso service stations,
as well as BP and TM Retail. E Vouchers replace scratch-off
cards, which are more costly to handle and may have
a high instance of theft.
Euronet signs ATM outsourcing projects for BA-CA
subsidiaries (Bank Austria & Creditanstalt, member
of HVB Group) in Slovakia and Serbia. Additionally,
Euronet expands an HVB~Splitska Banka software agreement
to support card issuing, ATM and POS services for
HVB~Central Profit Banka in Bosnia and Herecegovina.
These new and extended projects expand the cooperation
between HVB and Euronet to seven countries, five
outsourcing agreements and two software agreements.
The HVB Group is one of the five biggest banks in
Europe.
Euronet Software signs agreement to create a national
switch in Suriname, enabling four of the largest banks
of the country to share ATMs and POS devices. The national
switch is the first of its kind in Suriname and will
allow the four banks to establish a shared network
to offer customers added convenience with its transactions. |

Euronet signs agreement to provide the solution
for India’s national financial switch (NFS) by
the Institute for Development and Research in Banking
Technology (IDRBT), the technology arm of Reserve Bank
of India. Euronet will provide a solution, which will
create a neutral platform that enables banks to connect
their own switches to the NFS.
Euronet acquires 10% shares of ATX Software Ltd., a provider
of electronic prepaid voucher solutions headquartered
in the U.K. ATX’s network and processing centers
support approximately 14,500 devices and its customer
base spans more than 20 countries, such as Belgium, Switzerland,
Holland, China, among others. |

Euronet signs a multiyear ATM outsourcing and deployment
agreement with Citibank India in Mumbai. Euronet will
install 100 off premise ATMs for Citibank and the Bank
is also a member of Euronet’s Cashnet shared
ATM network for its existing ATMs and these off premise
ATMs will be added to the network.
Euronet processed approximately 83.4 million transactions
during the first quarter 2004. |

e-pay New Zealand, launches e-top-up services at
approximately 240 Shell Select convenience store and
petrol sites in New Zealand. Shell New Zealand Ltd
is the third major oil company to join e-pay’s
New Zealand prepaid network.
e-pay launches e-top-up services at U.K. Post Office
Ltd, one of the largest retailers to offer e-top-up
in the U.K. e-pay will provide e-top-up services
in approximately 39,000 terminals in around 17,000
Post Office® branches across U.K.
Euronet signs a multiyear ATM outsourcing agreement
with Development Credit Bank (DCB), a leading, medium-sized
bank in India. Euronet will provide DCB with comprehensive
ATM outsourcing and deployment solutions; value-added
services, and its shared ATM network services for a
total of 64 ATMs. |

PaySpot, Inc., acquires Prepaid Concepts, Inc. (Precept),
a prepaid service provider via point-of-sale (POS)
terminals in the U.S. With a strong presence in the
independent wireless stores and check cashing retail
channels, Precept has a distribution network of approximately
4,500 retail locations. The company distributes prepaid
products for all the major U.S. wireless carriers,
including ALLTEL, AT&T Wireless, Cingular, T-Mobile,
Tracfone and Verizon Wireless.
Euronet announces implementation of the Euronet Internet
Banking system in three of Westpac Pacific Banking’s
sites, including Fiji, Papua New Guinea and Vanuatu.
Westpac operates across eight Pacific locations and has
implemented other self-service offerings from Euronet
including ATM, Debit Card, POS, Merchant, Telephone Banking
and Bill Pay software solutions |
